Woman threatened with knife in Bungendore

Category: Capital Radio News

NSW Police are appealing for information after a woman was allegedly threatened with a knife during a robbery in Bungendore.

Police say a man walked into a shop on Gibraltar Street and threatened a 75-year-old female employee with a knife, before grabbing the entire cash register and fleeing in a silver single-cab 4WD.

The vehicle was later spotted on the Kings Highway in Queanbeyan and was last seen driving into the ACT.

Anyone travelling on the Kings Highway at about 5.20pm yesterday who has dash cam footage is being urged to contact Bungendore Police Station.
